Client documents, chased for you
Our ready-made automation for accounting and bookkeeping practices, running now.
- Onboard. One short form gives each client a checklist and a private upload link.

- Approve. Reminders arrive drafted. You approve each one and it sends once.
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax now applies to sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000, falling to £30,000 in April 2027 and £20,000 in April 2028 (GOV.UK). Quarterly records mean more chasing, more often.

How we work
From first call to running smoothly
Talk
A free 20-minute call. You tell us the job that wastes the most time.
Map
We map how it’s done today and agree exactly what will be automated, and what stays with you.
Build
We build it in your own accounts and test it with dummy data before anything real goes in.
Pilot
Try it free for 30 days on real work. You see the results before you pay anything.
Run
We host it, monitor it and fix it. You get on with your business.
How we keep you in control
Automation does the work. You make the decisions.
Your accounts, your data
Automations run inside your own Google, Microsoft or other accounts. Your data stays with you.
You approve what goes out
Anything sent to your customers, tenants or clients can wait for your yes before it’s sent.
Flags, never guesses
When something doesn’t fit the rules, it comes to you to check instead of being processed anyway.
Kept separate from other customers
Each business gets its own automation, with its own database and keys.
A written data processing agreement
Signed before any personal data goes in, under UK GDPR.
Pricing
Clear prices, agreed before we start
Every automation starts with a free 30-day pilot. You only pay once you’ve seen it work.
Discovery call
Free
20 minutes to understand the job and tell you honestly whether automation will help.

Questions
What business owners usually ask
What kind of work can you automate?
Jobs that follow clear rules and happen again and again: reminders, chasing, collecting documents, moving information between systems, checking dates and sending reports. If you can explain the steps, we can usually automate most of them.
Do I need to change my software?
No. We build around the tools you already use, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, spreadsheets and email.
Will AI contact my customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default, messages to customers are drafted and wait for your approval, and each one is sent once.
Is my data secure?
Your data stays in your own accounts wherever possible. Each customer’s automation runs separately, over encrypted connections, and we sign a data processing agreement before any personal data goes in.
How long does it take to set up?
A ready-made automation like Chaseless takes about a week. A custom one usually takes one to three weeks, depending on what it needs to do.
What if something goes wrong?
We monitor every automation. If something fails, we’re alerted straight away and fix it, and anything unclear is flagged to you rather than guessed.
What happens after the free pilot?
We review the results together. If it’s worth it, you move onto a monthly plan. If not, we switch it off and delete our copies of your data.
